After receiving a comment recently I discovered Mon@rch’s Nature Blog, and just can’t say enough about it! Mon@rch is a Western New Yorker who is a naturalist, field biologist and nature photographer. His work centers around the Allegany State Park area. The photography is nothing short of spectacular. From close-up wildlife shots to vistas representing all seasons, it is almost impossible to quit clicking from image to image. Perhaps the most amazing thing is that the pictures are practically all from our own back yard. The photos here are used with Monarch’s permission. They are so professional it’s tempting to take them and use them, but please support him by respecting the copyright. |
