THAT”S what this Board needs, a Complainer!!!!

Serially, tho, Emma is right. The squeaky wheel and all that. Lucky they got someone to listen to them. Oftentimes, people scream their bloody heads off and nothing gets done. Maybe she’s right. While the city SHOULD be aware of problems that need to be fixed, sometimes they need to be prodded. How big is freakin’ Bradford to begin with? How far do you have to WALK to get to City Hall from your house? In the confines of the actual city limits, everywhere is walkable.
