Microsoft False Phishing Warning

It has come to our attention that some users of Internet Explorer 7 are receiving false warnings that Bradford-Online.com and TalkAboutBradford.com are “Suspicious Websites”. This means that Microsoft thinks we try to trick you into giving us financial and other sensitive information.

This Absolutely False.

We have contacted Microsoft to get this corrected.

You can help us by helping Microsoft correct their faulty database. When the “Suspicious Website” warning appears, there is a link: “Report whether or not this is a phishing website”. Please click the link to let Microsoft know we are not a phishing web site.

We also recommend switching to a more reliable browser. A browser that is so prone to false warnings is really no protection at all:

These web browsers work well and are more accurate in picking up real threats:

Mozilla Firefox

Google Chrome
