The case of a Wellsville woman accused of being under the influence of prescription medication during a fatal crash is in the hands of a jury.The jury got the case of 56-year-old Robin Drouin this morning.Drouin was driving a pickup truck on Route 417 in Wellsville in November of 2010 when it rear-ended a van. 11-year-old Cheyenne Wolfer of Rushford was a passenger in the van, and later died at Jones Memorial Hospital.Drouin has admitted to taking some of her husband’s oxycodone on the day of the crash.
